NoEyesVPN is built to see as little as possible. We are a zero-log VPN and always will be. We do not record, store, or sell your browsing activity, and we deliberately host our core infrastructure outside the Five, Nine and Fourteen Eyes intelligence-sharing alliances. This policy explains the limited data we do handle to run your subscription, and how we treat it.
We do not log the contents or metadata of your VPN traffic. Specifically, we do not keep: browsing history, the websites or services you connect to, DNS queries, your originating IP address, connection timestamps, or per-site bandwidth. Because this data is never recorded, there is nothing for us to hand over, ever.
To operate the service we hold the minimum necessary. The account email address, an opaque login session token, the WireGuard public keys and tunnel IP addresses assigned to your devices, and which server locations you have enabled. Payment details are handled by Stripe (see below) — we never see or store your card number.
We use a single and essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies and we never will.
Subscription billing is currently handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy; NoEyesVPN receives only the information needed to manage your subscription status (for example, whether a payment succeeded or failed). No other data is collected.
We send transactional emails only. Magic sign-in links, receipts, and important service notices. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
We keep your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your account and all associated WireGuard keys are removed. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email support@noeyesvpn.com.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the processors needed to run the service (such as Stripe and our email provider) and only as required to provide it. We would disclose data solely where legally compelled — and given our no-logs design, we hold no record of your activity to disclose.
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
